如何寫英文講稿

一個好的演講，至少不要讓人打瞌睡，講完之後又能讓人記得你說了些什麼。

1. 時間不能太長：

一個致詞稿，最多3-5分鐘就夠了。
演講稿則要看主辦單位給你的時間有多少；若是屬於互動式的演講，要預留一些時間給聽眾發問、互動。

2. 開場白和結語要簡短：

幫人寫講稿，要注意演講者的身份地位，語氣要不卑不亢。
例如開場白一般都會寫到這一句話

It's a great pleasure to see everyone participate in the meeting today.
或 It's (indeed) a great honor…./It's quite an honor…./It's quite a pleasure…

若演講者是一位高級官員到下屬單位去致詞，若寫成
it's (indeed) a great honor….就不太合適了。

3. 直接切入主題：

老外是最沒有耐性的，演講的內容要直接切入主題。講稿要直接用英文寫，不要先寫中文再翻譯成英文，因為用中文思維寫出來的東西，怎麼翻譯都不會翻譯的好。
統計數字最多一、二個；太多了，沒人知道你說了些什麼。
千萬不要照著唸，如果聽眾事前又已有書面資料，老外會立刻出場喝咖啡去了。

4. 舉一、二個實例或故事：實例會記得，故事會打動人心。

5. 多參考名人的講稿範例：

網路上有很多公開的資料，例如美國前100著名演講、美國白宮的網站就有許多金頭腦寫出來的講稿，多看看，自己就知道如何寫了。
